ImageAPI is a new set of image manipulation functions for Drupal. *alpha*
ImageAPI supports:
* multiple image toolkits simultaneously.
* introduces images as objects.
* does image manipulation without file writes.
Currently there is only a GD2 toolkit.
ImageCache 2.x will depend on ImageAPI.
